Sales manager

The Sales Manager’s role is to manage and develop the Vestoq Sales Department utilizing goals, metrics and training opportunities. We want someone who will be a role model and lead by example. Someone who can make informed decisions, develop team tactics and lead the department to achieve maximum results.

Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Accountability regarding the performance of the sales department
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processes
• Communicate changes related to policies and procedures as well as
• Assist in the development and implementation of metrics
• Grow the customer base through the best customer service in the industry
• Diversify, manage and expand product offerings by anticipating the needs of our customers

• Successful Sales Management experience leading people
• Detail oriented with excellent follow up skills
• Ability to define problems and collect data
• Strong communication skills: written and verbal in English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize under highly stressful situations
• Highly motivated self-starter able to inspire others towards success
• Must be organized and demonstrate excellent time management
